Margie was a secretarial daily substitute for Belmont Public Schools since 2007, right up until the March 2020 closure. During that time, she provided invaluable support to all six of the schools in the district. I would like to thank her for the 240 assignments she worked during the past 10 years for which we have online records, and all of the numerous assignments she filled before that. She was a pleasure to work with, and she will be missed.

Sincerely,
Rebecca Leeb
Belmont Public Schools Substitute Coordinator

Carrick, Cindy (margie’s god daughter) cindy’s mother, Mary, and all her extended family and friends. This is such a heartbreaking loss. Margie, as we would all agree, was such a kind, caring devoted friend. She would help anyone in need. I know she did for me.
I met margie some 55 years ago while working at John Hancock. We shared the same office for 15 years as well as the same interests. After retirement we kept in touch, always a pleasure chatting and getting together. Margie was fortunate to have Cindy and Carrick that would walk each step of her journey to the very end. God bless you both.
Margie, you will be forever in my heart of happiest thoughts. I will always be:
Your friend, Jeannette

Our prayers and thoughts to all the family and many friends, including us, during this time of remembrance of a friend. My wife Karen has known Margie since she met her on Ossipee Road, Margie lived on the other side of the street from Karen Margie was closer to Karen’s sister Sandy who passed away in 1994. I met Margie when I started dating Karen in the mid 60’s. Margie did visit us twice, once with a friend on their way to Arizona and then after the family wedding over at Red Rock, she stayed with us, in Las Vegas, for a few days. We want to thank Carrick O’Brien so much for passing along every bit of information that she had, in the past and especially when typing the notice of her passing, as it was difficult I’m sure.
